Council Decision of 26 February 2026 extending the term of office of the chairperson of a Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office

Article 1

The term of office of Ms Nina KORJUS as chairperson of a Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office is hereby extended for a five-year period, starting on 1 January 2027, or until retirement age if this age is reached during the new term of office.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
