Article 1
Open ↗Decision (CFSP) 2025/2379 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 1, paragraph 3 is replaced by the following: ‘3. To achieve the objective set out in paragraph 2, the assistance measure shall finance the following types of equipment not designed to deliver lethal force, and the following supplies and services, including technical training, where needed: (a) infrastructure works on and the refurbishment of the École nationale des sous-officiers d’active de Kalait (ENSOA-KA); (b) educational equipment for ENSOA-KA; (c) the redesign of curricula of ENSOA-KA; (d) a train-the-trainers programme at ENSOA-KA.’ ; (2) in Article 4, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. The implementation of the activities referred to in Article 1(3) of this Decision shall be carried out by the Économat des Armées.’.
