The Annex to Decision 2002/994/EC is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX In the Annex to Decision 2002/994/EC, Part I is replaced by the following: ‘PART I List of products of animal origin intended for human consumption or animal feed use authorised to be imported into the Union without the declaration provided for in Article 3: — fishery products, except: — those obtained from aquaculture, — peeled and/or processed shrimps, — crayfish of the species Procambarus clarkii caught in natural fresh waters by fishing operations; — gelatine; — food additives as regulated under Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *1 ) ; — substances to be used as or in food supplements as regulated under Directive 2002/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *2 ) ; — vitamin D3 intended for human consumption, and precursors used for the production thereof, when complying with the specific treatments for highly refined products (fat derivatives) set out in Section XVI of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *3 ) ; — pet food as regulated under Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *4 ) ; — chondroitin sulphate, glucosamine and chitosan considered as feed materials, as regulated under Commission Regulation (EU) No 68/2013 ( *5 ) ; — vitamin D3 to be used as a feed additive in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *6 ) and precursors used for the production thereof, intended for use in feed for farmed animals and petfood as regulated under Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009; — L-cysteine and L-cystine to be used as feed additives in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003.
