Council Decision (CFSP) 2026/1711 of 13 July 2026 launching the European Union Partnership Mission in Armenia (EUPM Armenia) and amending Decision (CFSP) 2026/894

Article 1

The Operation Plan for the European Union Partnership Mission in Armenia (EUPM Armenia) is hereby approved.

Article 2

EUPM Armenia shall be launched on 13 July 2026.

Article 3

The Civilian Operation Commander of EUPM Armenia is hereby authorised with immediate effect to start the execution of EUPM Armenia.

Article 4

In Article 13 of Decision (CFSP) 2026/894, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following:

‘1.   The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to EUPM Armenia for the period from 21 April 2026 until 12 July 2028 shall be EUR 14 947 077,57. The financial reference amount for any subsequent period shall be decided by the Council.’.

Article 5

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
