In Decision (EU) 2021/1765, Article 3 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 3 This Decision shall apply until 30 June 2038. It shall be reviewed as necessary and, where appropriate, revised by the Council upon a proposal from the Commission. A review shall in any event take place by 31 December 2036.’.
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
