Article 1

1.   A definitive anti-dumping duty is imposed on imports of mixtures of urea and ammonium nitrate in aqueous or ammoniacal solution, currently falling under CN code 3102 80 00 , and originating in Russia, Trinidad and Tobago, and the United States of America. 2.   The rates of the definitive anti-dumping duty applicable to the net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty, of the product described in paragraph 1 and produced by the companies listed below shall be as follows: Country Company Fixed amount of duty (EUR per tonne) TARIC additional code Russia PJSC Acron 42,47 C500 Russia Joint Stock Company ‘Azot’ 27,77 C501 Russia Joint Stock Company ‘Nevinnomyssky Azot’ 27,77 C504 Russia All other imports originating in Russia 42,47 C999 Trinidad and Tobago Methanol Holdings (Trinidad) Limited 22,24 C502 Trinidad and Tobago All other imports originating in Trinidad and Tobago 22,24 C999 United States of America CF Industries Holdings, Inc. 29,48 C503 United States of America All other imports originating in the United States of America 29,48 C999 3.   The application of the individual duty rates for the Russian companies mentioned in paragraph 2 shall be conditional upon presentation to the Member States’ customs authorities of a valid commercial invoice, on which shall appear a declaration dated and signed by an official of the entity issuing such invoice, identified by his/her name and function, drafted as follows: ‘I, the undersigned, certify that the (volume in tonnes) of (product under review) sold for export to the European Union covered by this invoice was manufactured by (company name and address) (TARIC additional code) in Russia. I declare that the information provided in this invoice is complete and correct.’ Until such invoice is presented, the duty applicable to all other imports originating in Russia shall apply. 4.   Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
