1. The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2239 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain utility scale steel wind towers originating in the People’s Republic of China is amended as follows:

2. The TARIC additional code C730 previously attributed to Shanghai Taisheng Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. shall apply to TSP Wind Power Group Co., Ltd., as of 26 March 2025.
3. Any definitive duty paid on imports of products manufactured by TSP Wind Power Group Co., Ltd. in excess of the anti-dumping duty established in Article 1(2) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2239 and the Annex thereto as regards Shanghai Taisheng Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. shall be repaid or remitted in accordance with the applicable customs legislation.
