Article 1
For the purpose of fixing the adjustment rate in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116, payments exceeding EUR 2 000 to be granted to farmers for interventions in the form of direct payments referred to in Article 5(2), point (c), of that Regulation and for aid constituting direct payments under the specific measures referred to in Article 5(2), point (e), of that Regulation, in respect of aid applications submitted for the calendar year 2026, shall be subject to an adjustment rate of 0 %.
