Article 1
In ArticleΒ 44(2) ofΒ Regulation (EU) 2024/1157, point (f) is replaced by the following: β(f) the export of waste referred to in ArticleΒ 4(3) shall be prohibited, except to Switzerland;β.

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentiethΒ day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
