Article 1

Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2289 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

It shall apply from 22 July 2026.

In Section 5, point (f)(ii), of Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2289, the following indent is added:

‘—

for interventions referred to in Article 78b of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115:

—

an indication of the methodology for the calculation of the additional costs of fertilisers and the average annual consumption of fertilisers per area, where relevant;

—

a description of the provisions to avoid overcompensation;’.
