Article 1

The Commission approves the inclusion of the port of Køge, located in the territory of Denmark, in the list of ports approved by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/897 for catches set out in Article 14(4), point (a), of the Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009.

Article 2

The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/897 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
