Council Directive of 30 March 1971 amending the Directives… Article 7
Article 7
The Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations or administrative provisions necessary to comply: (a) with effect from 1 July 1970, with the provisions of Article 1 (3), of Article 2 (9), of Article 3 (4), of Article 4 (3) and of Article 5 (1), (2) and (7);
(b) not later than 1 July 1972, with the provisions of Article 1 (1), of Article 2 (7) and (17), of Article 3 (2), of Article 4 (1), of Article 5 (3) and of Article 6;
(c) not later than 1 July 1971, with the other provisions of this Directive.
