Article 9

The following shall be substituted for Article 17 of the Act concerning the Conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties : ' Article 17 The following shall be substituted for the first paragraph of Article 32 of the ECSC Treaty, the first paragraph of Article 165 of the EEC Treaty and the first paragraph of Article 137 of the Euratom Treaty : " The Court of Justice shall consist of nine Judges. " '
