Article 5

The following shall be substituted for Article 11 of the Act concerning the Conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties : ' Article 11 The following shall be substituted for the second paragraph of Article 2 of the Treaty establishing a Single Council and a Single Commission of the European Communities : " The office of President shall be held for a term, of six months by each member of the Council in turn, in the following order of Member States : Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom. " '
