Article 3

The following shall be substituted for Article 1, third indent of the Act concerning the Conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties : ' - the expression " new Member States " means the Kingdom of Denmark, Ireland and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. '
