Article 2

The following shall be substituted for Article 3 of The Decision of The Council of the European Communities of 22 January 1972 concerning the accession of the Kingdom of Denmark, Ireland, the Kingdom of Norway and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the European Coal and Steel Community ; ' Article 3 This Decision, drawn up in the Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Irish, Italian and Norwegian languages, the Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Irish and Italian texts all being equally authentic, shall be communicated to the Member States of the European Coal and Steel Community, the Kingdom of Denmark, Ireland, the Kingdom of Norway and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. '
