Article 4

The Commission, while entirely responsible for all decisions and the management of the programme, shall be advised by the STIDC, whose duties and method of operation are defined in Annex II. The STIDC shall be kept regularly informed by the Commission of the progress of the work in the field in question and in associated fields.
