Article 20

The first paragraph of Article 28 of Annex VIII is replaced by the following: 'Where the deceased official leaves more than one divorced wife entitled to survivor's pension or one or more divorced wives and a widow entitled to a survivor's pension, that pension shall be divided in proportion to the respective duration of the marriages. The provisions of the second and third paragraphs of Article 27 shall apply.'
