Article 8

1. The applications to purchase referred to in Article 1 (5) shall be mutatis mutandis, submitted and admissable under the conditions laid down in Article 2 (1), (2) (a), (c), (d) and (3) (a), (b) and (c). 2. The contract shall be concluded under the conditions referred to in Article 2 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 3143/85.
