Article 7

1. The intervention agency concerned shall inform all tenderers of the outcome of their tenders at the earliest opportunity. It shall forward a declaration of award by written telecommunication to the successful tenderers. 2. Where several tenderers have lodged tenders quoting the same offer in respect of the same lot, the supply shall be awarded by the intervention agency by drawing lots.
