Article 3

1. Intervention agencies shall update and make available to the Commission and to prospective tenderers on request the list of the cold stores where the butter for sale is stored and the qquantities available. 2. Intervention agencies shall take the measures necessary to enable prospective tenderers to examine at their own expense, before tendering, samples of the butter for sale.
