Article 2

1. By derogation from Article 6 of Regulation (EEC) No 2539/84, the time limit for taking over the products as defined in that Article shall be three months. 2. The products sold under this Regulation must leave the Community customs territory within five months following the date of conclusion of the contract of sale.
