Article 3
1. The exportation from the Community of any of the products listed under points (a), (c) and (d) of Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 3013/89 shall be subject to the provision of an export licence issued by the Member State to any applicant who so requests, irrespective of his place of establishment in the Community. 2. The export licence shall be valid for three months from its date of issue within the meaning of Article 21 (1), of Commission Regulation (EC) No 3719/88 (18). 3. The export licence application and the licence itself shall state, in section 7, the country of destination of the product. TITLE I Standard Import System
