Article 5
1. Tenders submitted in response to invitations to tender for supplies as referred to in Article 2 (1) (a) or (b) shall cover all costs relating to the delivery. They shall be expressed in ecus per tonne (gross). 2. Tenders in response to invitations to tender for supplies as referred to in Article 2 (2) shall cover the quantities of products to be removed from intervention stocks as payment for the supply and, where applicable, for the costs of processing, packaging and making of a lot or group of lots specified in the notice of invitation to tender.
