(4) In the published version of the decision, some information has hereinafter been omitted, pursuant to the provisions of Article 17 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 4064/89 concerning non-disclosure of business secrets. (5) The SMATV segment consists of entities receiving the TV signals using a satellite master antenna and retransmitting the signal within a smaller network. Normally the SMATV operators have no system for operating pay-TV and, if they do, it is carried in the network on the basis of collective payment from all residents. The SMATV operators will rarely contract directly with the broadcasters, but will normally be customers of local cable operators. (6) Commission letter of 23 December 1994 to the Danish Government.
