Article 3
France is required to demand reimbursement of the aid referred to in Article 1 by means of recovery from the direct beneficiary (Interbev) within six months of the date of notification of this Decision. Reimbursement shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures and provisions of French law. The sums to be recovered shall attract interest from the date on which the aid in question was granted. The interest shall be calculated on the basis of the commercial rate, with reference to the rate used for the calculation of the subsidy equivalent in the context of regional aids.
