Regulation (EC) No 935/97 is amended as follows: 1. Article 5(7) is replaced by the following: '7. Article 8(4) of Regulation (EEC) No 3719/88 shall not apply.` 2. Articles 5(8), 8 and 9 are deleted. 3. Annex III is deleted.
