Article 6d

Notwithstanding Article 33(3) (b) (ii) of Regulation (EEC) No 3719/88, the maximum time limit for providing proof of import with partial forfeiture of the security shall be four months following expiry of the licence and the partial forfeiture shall be fixed at 50 %.` 5. Annex I is replaced by Annex I to this Regulation. 6. Annex II is replaced by Annexes II(A) and II(B) to this Regulation.
