Regulation (EC) No 1376/97 is amended as follows: 1. Article 5(5)(b) is replaced by: '(b) in box 16 one of the appropriate CN codes.` 2. Articles 6(3), 6(4), 8 and 9 are deleted. 3. Annex II is deleted.
