Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Article 1(a) shall apply from 1 July 1998 and Article 1(b) shall apply from 1 September 1998. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
