Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1439/95 is amended as follows: (a) the authority 'Australian Meat and Livestock Corporation` is replaced by 'Department of Primary Industries and Energy`; (b) the authority 'New Zealand Meat Producers Board` is replaced by 'New Zealand Meat Board`.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Article 1(a) shall apply from 1 July 1998 and Article 1(b) shall apply from 1 September 1998. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
