Article 3

Article 2 of the Commission Decisions referred to in the attached table (Annex I) is modified by adding the following subparagraph: "The ex-post evaluation of the period 1991 to 1993, the mid-term review and the ex-post evaluation of the period 1994 to 1999 are included for joint action."
