2000/239/EC: Council Decision of 13 March 2000 concerning… Article 1

Article 1

The Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Community, of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other part, concerning Protocol 2 to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.
