Article 2
A fine of EUR 60000 is hereby imposed on Éditions Nathan and a fine of EUR 1000 is imposed on Bricolux SA for the infringements referred to in Article 1. The fines shall be paid in euro, within three months of the date of notification of this Decision, to the following account: Account No 642-0029000-95 of the European Commission at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria BBVA, Avenue des Arts/Kunstlaan 43, B-1040 Brussels. After three months, interest shall automatically be payable at the rate charged by the European Central Bank to its main refinancing operations on the first working day of the month in which this Decision was adopted, plus 3,5 percentage points, i.e. 7,79 %.
