Article 11

Budget 1. The financial reference amount for the implementation of this Decision is hereby set at EUR 12 million. 2. The annual appropriations shall be authorised by the budgetary authority within the limits of the financial perspective. 3. Actions aimed at preparing the launching of the European Year of People with Disabilities may be financed as from 1 January 2002.
