Article 4
Implementation at Community level The Commission shall ensure the implementation of the Community actions covered by this Decision in conformity with the Annex. It shall conduct a regular exchange of views with representatives of people with disabilities at Community level on the design, implementation and follow-up of the European Year of People with Disabilities. To that end, the Commission shall make the relevant information available to these representatives. The Commission shall inform the Committee established under Article 6(1) of their opinion.
