Article 8
1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Implementation Committee for Spirit Drinks set up by Article 13 of Regulation (EEC) No 1576/89 and by the Implementation Committee for Aromatised Wines, Aromatised Wine-Based Drinks and Aromatised Wine-product Cocktails set up by Article 12 of Regulation (EEC) No 1601/91. 2. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply. The period provided for in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at one month. 3. The Committees shall adopt their rules of procedure.
