Article 11

The master of the Community fishing vessel or his authorised representative shall retain the original signed catch document or documents and return them to the Flag Member State no later than one month after the end of the fishing season. The implementing rules for this Article may be adopted by the Commission in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 25(2).
