Article 2
Regulation (EC) No 1326/2001 is amended as follows: 1. In Article 1, point 2 is replaced by the following: "2. Article 7 shall not apply to a Member State until the coming into force of the decision determining the BSE status of that Member State, and until the Community provisions on animal feeding relevant to transmissible spongiform encephalopathies are effectively enforced there. Annex XI, part C, shall apply to that Member State until Article 7 becomes applicable there.'" 2. In Annex I, the second indent is replaced by the following: "- Article 15(1) concerning the placing on the market of live bovine animals, their semen, embryos and ova."
