Article 4

Integration of amendments to international instruments in Community law For the purposes of Community maritime legislation, the applicable international instruments shall be those which have entered into force, including the most recent amendments thereto, with the exception of the amendments excluded from the scope of the Community maritime legislation resulting from the conformity checking procedure established by Article 5.
