Article 7

Powers of COSS COSS shall exercise the powers conferred on it by virtue of the Community legislation in force. Article 2(2) may be amended by the procedure set out in Article 3(2) in order to include a reference to the Community acts conferring implementing powers on COSS that have entered into force following the adoption of this Regulation.
