Council Regulation (EC) No 975/2003 Article 9

Article 9

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Luxembourg, 5 June 2003. For the Council The President M.
