Commission Regulation (EC) No 1252/2003 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It is applicable from 1 July 2003. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 14 July 2003.
