Article 2

1. The programme for the eradication of rabies presented by the Czech Republic is hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005. 2. The financial contribution by the Community shall be at the rate of 50 % of the costs to be incurred by the Czech Republic for the purchase and distribution of vaccine plus baits for the programme referred to in paragraph 1, and shall not exceed EUR 400 000.
