Article 49

1. The programme for the eradication and monitoring of classical swine fever presented by France is hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005. 2. The financial contribution by the Community shall be at the rate of 50 % of the costs of virological and serological tests of domestic pigs and wild boars incurred by France subject to the programme referred to in paragraph 1, and shall not exceed EUR 150 000.
