Closure of a fishery on grounds of failure to submit a report Where the CCAMLR notifies a Member State that a fishery has been closed on account of failure to submit a report as provided for in Articles 13 and 14, the Member State concerned shall ensure that its vessels participating in that fishery cease fishing immediately.
