Fine-scale catch and effort data for the exploratory squid fishery in FAO statistical subarea 48.3 1. Community fishing vessels fishing for squid (Martialia hyadesi) in FAO statistical subarea 48.3 shall transmit to the Commission, by 25 September each year, the fine-scale catch and effort data for that fishery. The data shall include the numbers of seabirds and marine mammals of each species caught and released or killed. The Commission shall transmit these data to the CCAMLR by 30 September each year. 2. Detailed rules for the application of this Article shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 37(2).
