Implementation The measures necessary for implementing Articles 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27 shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 37(2).
