Commission Regulation (EC) No 1118/2004 Article 14

Article 14

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 May 2004. However, it shall not affect the validity of licence applications and licences issued between 1 May 2004 and the day of the entry into force of this Regulation.
