Interim progress report

Article 29

All Member States shall submit to the Commission and the EFSA a report of their progress on the evaluation of the active substances for which they are rapporteur. Such report shall be submitted by: (a) 30 November 2005 for the active substances listed in Part A of Annex I; (b) 30 November 2006 for the active substances listed in Parts B to G of Annex I.
